About Natalie
Natalie is a local wellbeing coach and qualified mindfulness teacher and registered with BAMBA (The British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches). She offers tools to help manage stress and feelings of overwhelm, build emotional resilience and create more moments of clarity and calm. She also has a background in photography and often brings elements of it into her sessions.
She runs mindfulness workshops, courses and meditation sessions for the general public, the workplace and offers 1-1 coaching for both adults and children. Her sessions are designed to help people prioritise their wellbeing through mindfulness in a way that is realistic and sustainable.
