The Core Pilates offers friendly local classes that will help you build a strong, balanced body with enhanced flexibility. Our focus is on providing individualized and personalized instruction with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each class is uniquely tailored to every participant.

 

Our classes will help you strengthen your core, boost overall strength, increase endurance, and improve balance and coordination. We combine the principles of traditional Pilates with a modern twist, progressing through functional, muscle-sculpting exercises with an emphasis on control, precision, and alignment. Occasionally we incorporate small props to encourage flexibility, strength, and stability.

Alice Ross is a level 3 qualified Pilates instructor. Her emphasis is on the holistic person and her classes focus on form, functional movement, and education. Each class is tailor-made and adapted to the individual ability of the client, enabling incremental progress in weekly classes.

 

In instruction classes and working in partnership with participants, Alice aims to promote movement exercises that offer support as well as challenge. The aim is to feel good after moving, which encourages participants to move even more!
